K-8 Grandfriends Week

8:00-9:00 AM Daily

Some of the best school memories are the ones we share with the people we love! We're excited to welcome our wonderful Grandfriends to Walden for a special week celebrating family, connection, and the joy they bring to our school community.

Grandfriends are invited to spend time with their K–8 students, visit classrooms, explore the Book Fair, and capture a special memory at our festive photo backdrop.

K–8 Grandfriends Week Schedule

Tuesday, November 17: Kindergarten–1st Grade
Wednesday, November 18: 2nd–3rd Grade
Thursday, November 19: 4th–5th Grade
Friday, November 20: 6th–8th Grade

All visits take place from 8:00–9:00 AM, with coffee and water available. Grandfriends are invited to attend on their student's designated day.

Whether sharing a classroom experience, discovering a new favorite book, or simply spending time together, Grandfriends Week is an opportunity to create memories that last a lifetime.
