Thank you for your consideration and support!
Planned giving is the act of arranging a charitable donation during your lifetime or as part of your estate plan. It allows you to make a meaningful contribution to Walden while also achieving your personal financial and philanthropic goals.
What is planned Giving?
By making a planned gift, you can support Walden in a meaningful way and create a legacy that will last beyond your lifetime. Additionally, planned gifts can offer tax benefits.
Why consider planned giving?
There are many types of planned gifts, including:
Bequests: A bequest is a gift made through your will or living trust.
Retirement plan assets: You can designate our organization as a beneficiary of your IRA, 401(k), or other retirement plan.
Life insurance: You can name our organization as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy.
Charitable gift annuities: This type of planned gift allows you to receive income for life while also making a charitable gift.
Charitable remainder trusts: This type of planned gift allows you to receive income for life or a term of years while also making a charitable gift.
Charitable lead trusts: This type of planned gift allows you to make a charitable gift while also providing for your heirs.
